We had hoped you wouldn’t have to come to this page, but most of the time things aren’t that simple. We’re here to help you out in anyway we can.

To be eligible for Return:

The item you received must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in, including any and all tags if applicable.

We aim to reply to emails as soon as possible.

Please email us using our Contact Form with the Subject “Product Return”.

Please include your Name, Order Number, the product you ordered and the reason for return.

Refunds can only be made to the PayPal account or Card used to pay through our website.

We can only accept returns for orders made through our website.

My item received damaged/My item was never arrived.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

My item was the wrong size.

If you’re item arrived as the wrong size, please contact us using our Contact Form using the guide above.

Wrong address.

If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. If you wish to pursue reshipment, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed items.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Pridwen cannot not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

After you have submitted your Contact Form to us, we aim to reply as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we will be in touch with you regarding your next moves, and we will quickly sort this all out for you.

Please note that Pridwen reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
